Terms of use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

These terms cover the public website at auzzura.com and the early-access / request-access conversations that start from it. They are not a complete customer contract for every aspect of DM, and they do not create a paid subscription.

Operator contact: hello@auzzura.com. See the Legal notice for provider information that is already public, and Privacy for how this site handles personal data.

Who we are

AuzzurA is the brand. DM is the product. AuzzurA is an early-stage technology project and is not yet incorporated as a company. The legal operator of the site will be named on the Legal notice page once an operating entity is established.

This website

The site is provided for information about DM. Content may change as the product and the company structure change. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or submit unlawful content through the forms).

Early access and request access

Submitting Request access or the pricing contact form is a request to start a conversation. It is not an order, a licence, or a commitment by either side to supply or purchase DM.

There is no public self-serve checkout and no payment processing on this website in this release. Plan cards describe how DM is intended to scale. They are not a live catalogue you can buy from here.

If we later offer access, the written terms we agree with you for that engagement govern. Those terms may differ from this page.

What is live and what is in progress

Public pages describe some DM capabilities as live and others as in progress. Early access may change. We do not promise a particular feature set, availability, support hours, or service level on this website.

Your content in forms

Anything you type into a website form may be used to respond to you. You confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not include confidential customer data or other information that should not travel by ordinary email. See Privacy for how that data is handled.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and the AuzzurA and DM names and marks are owned by the operator of this site, except for third-party marks (for example tool names used to describe integrations). You do not acquire a licence to those materials by browsing or submitting a form.

Customer content in a future DM workspace remains the customer’s, subject to the customer agreement. This website does not grant us a licence to use your company’s confidential material sent through the public forms beyond answering the request.

Third-party tools and services

Named coding tools and MCP clients are other companies’ products. Connecting an agent is explicit and is not set up by visiting this website. Optional YouTube playback on demo pages is provided by Google; their terms apply to that player. Optional Google Analytics, if you accept it, is also provided by Google. See Privacy.

Confidentiality

Do not send secrets, customer data, or regulated data through the public forms. If a later customer engagement requires confidentiality, that will be in the written agreement for that engagement.

Suspension

We may ignore or refuse a request, or stop providing this website, including if a submission looks abusive or automated. Early-access conversations can be ended by either side by email.

Liability

The website and any early-access discussion are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Mandatory liability (for example for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health under German law, where it applies) is not limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

This website is operated commercially from Germany. Use of the website is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, except that mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain available where they cannot be waived. A specific court venue is not named here because the operator’s service address is not yet published.

A later customer contract may specify different law and venue.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site, the access process, or the operator changes. The date above is the last revision of this text.

AuzzurA

AuzzurA builds DM — shared context for human + AI teams. What matters goes into the work; what the team learns can come back for review.

DM is designed around the GDPR principle of data protection by design and by default.
