This notice describes how the public AuzzurA website (this site) handles personal data. It is not a complete privacy policy for every future DM customer deployment. Customer evidence handling is agreed in writing before any team data is shared with DM.

AuzzurA is currently a brand for the DM product. It is not identified here as a registered company. Contact for privacy requests: hello@auzzura.com. Provider details that are already public appear on the Legal notice.

Who is responsible

The controller for this website is AuzzurA, an early-stage technology project that is not yet incorporated as a company. Until an operating legal entity is established, the only confirmed public contact for privacy requests is hello@auzzura.com.

The operator’s full legal identity and a service address are intentionally not published on this site during this pre-incorporation phase. Those fields will be added on the Legal notice page once an operating entity is established. This is a temporary gap tied to incorporation status, not a claim that no controller exists.

We do not appoint a data protection officer on this site. We do not claim certified or audited GDPR compliance because a privacy page exists.

What this website collects

Request access and contact forms

The Request access and Pricing forms submit by POST to a form handler hosted on this same website. There is no third-party form service.

Depending on the form, we may receive:

  • Name and work email (required)
  • Company and role (optional)
  • Team type or team size, plan of interest, and deployment preference, where those fields are shown
  • A free-text message
  • Hidden fields that identify the product and the page you submitted from
  • First-party lead attribution: request source (access / pricing / builder), any UTM campaign parameters from your link, external referrer host, and (where applicable) which MCP client you use and which task you would try first. This attribution has no cookie, browser storage, or third-party tracking — it is attached to form submissions only to understand where access requests come from and help us improve the access flow.

A honeypot field named “website” is included to reject automated spam. It is not used for marketing.

We use this information only to follow up about DM access, pricing, or deployment. Submitting a form is a request for a conversation, not an order. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for advertising.

Do not submit confidential company data, customer data, or other sensitive information through these forms.

Email

The handler emails the submission to hello@auzzura.com using the web host’s mail function, with a reply-to address set to the address you provided. The host may also keep copies according to its ordinary mail and server-log practice. We have not published a separate automated deletion schedule for these emails.

Technical hosting data

This site is a static marketing site with a PHP form handler, served from a PHP-capable web host. Typical web-server logs (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) may be stored by that host to operate and secure the server. This site does not run its own analytics product on those logs. Exact log retention is set by the host’s default configuration and is not separately documented here.

Cookies, analytics, and local storage

Fonts are self-hosted. A small amount of first-party JavaScript runs for navigation, reduced-motion handling, optional interface state on product illustrations, and the analytics-consent control described here.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how people use the site and to improve it. Analytics is optional. It stays off until you choose Accept analytics. Before that choice, the site does not load the Google tag, does not send analytics events, and does not set Google Analytics cookies.

If you accept, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and related _ga_* cookies, and Google receives usage data (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived by Google, device/browser information, and the acquisition events this site sends). Advertising features, Google Ads tags, and Google Tag Manager are not installed. Ad storage and ad personalization signals stay off.

Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. You can change it at any time with Analytics settings in the website footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops future analytics on this site. Where the browser allows it, this site then clears the first-party Google Analytics cookies it can reach. Withdrawal does not delete historical reports already processed by Google.

This site does not use Meta pixels or other advertising pixels. It does not show a general cookie banner for services that are not installed.

YouTube on demo pages

The Product Demo and Product Preview pages can play a video hosted by YouTube. The player is not loaded until you choose “Load video from YouTube.” If you play it, YouTube (Google) may process your IP address and set cookies according to Google’s terms. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). See Google’s own privacy information for that processing.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we treat a request-access or pricing submission as steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or as our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry about DM (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional Google Analytics runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent through Analytics settings. Playing the YouTube video is a separate choice; Google is then an independent controller or joint controller for that player, according to Google’s documentation.

Recipients and transfers

Recipients we actually use for this website:

  • The web host that serves the site and sends form email
  • Google, as the provider of Google Analytics, if you accept optional analytics
  • YouTube / Google, only if you load the demo video

We do not list invented subprocessors. The host’s legal name and country are not published here because they are not confirmed in this repository for public legal copy. If you accept analytics or play the YouTube video, Google may process data in the United States or other countries Google uses. We do not claim that analytics processing is limited to the EU.

DM product data (customers)

DM operates on evidence a team intentionally adds or connects — not on a silent crawl of this marketing site. For a customer deployment, access, retention, residency, and processors are agreed in writing before evidence is shared. This website privacy notice does not replace that agreement.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability for personal data we hold from this website, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — typically the authority in the German state where the operator is established, or the authority at your habitual residence or place of work. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time via Analytics settings on this website.

Write to hello@auzzura.com. We will need enough information to identify your submission (usually the email address you used).
