Privacy Statement
Last updated: 8 June 2026
What this statement covers
This Privacy Statement describes how AuzzurA handles information in connection with the public website at auzzura.com and private-pilot inquiries for Decision Memory. It applies to visitors, people who submit a private-pilot request, and others who contact us through the channels described here.
This statement does not describe a live commercial product deployment with customer workspaces unless and until such a service is offered under separate terms and notices.
What data we collect today
At this early stage, we collect only the information needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, and run the private pilot program. We do not operate a broad consumer sign-up product on the public site.
Private-pilot inquiry data
If you submit the private-pilot form on our website, we may collect:
- name
- work email
- company
- role
- message (optional)
- timestamp and related submission metadata
Please do not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated, or personal data that you are not permitted to share with us.
Website and technical data
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics setup may process limited technical information when you visit the site, such as:
- browser type and device information
- pages visited and referral source
- approximate network or server log data
- hashed or truncated identifiers where used for abuse prevention
We use this information to operate, secure, and understand use of the website at a basic level.
How we use the data
We use the information described above to:
- respond to private-pilot requests and related inquiries
- communicate with you about Decision Memory and the private pilot
- operate, maintain, and improve the website
- prevent abuse, spam, or misuse of our forms
- keep internal records of early-access interest
We do not sell your private-pilot inquiry data.
AI and training note
Private-pilot inquiry submissions sent through this website are not used to train public AI models.
If you participate in a private pilot, any AI-assisted features inside the product are intended to operate on workspace data according to product settings and applicable agreements. That behavior is separate from public website form submissions.
Future product and connector data
Decision Memory may later connect to third-party tools such as meetings, documents, tickets, chats, or email systems when those integrations are enabled for a workspace.
We do not claim that connector behavior is live for all visitors today. If and when such features are offered, they will be handled according to product settings, workspace permissions, access controls, and any applicable pilot or commercial agreement in place at that time.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, send email, host infrastructure, or support the private pilot. These providers are expected to process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the website and pilot program.
Retention
We retain private-pilot inquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, operate the pilot, and maintain basic business records. We may delete or anonymize older inquiry records when they are no longer needed for those purposes.
Retention for future product or workspace data, if offered, will be described in updated product documentation and agreements.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, including access controls, careful handling of form submissions, and limiting what we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe there is a security issue related to AuzzurA or Decision Memory, contact security@auzzura.com or hello@auzzura.com.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
Because AuzzurA is not yet operating as a registered commercial entity, our legal contact details are limited at this stage. For privacy-related requests, contact hello@auzzura.com and we will respond as reasonably as possible.
